We collect personal data only when you submit the contact form on this website. The data collected is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your preferred coaching plan (optional)
• Your message

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising on this website.

Your data is collected solely to respond to your coaching inquiry and, if relevant, to schedule a free intake call. We will not use your data for any other purpose.

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Pre-contractual communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a coaching arrangement.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — responding to direct inquiries from individuals who proactively contact us.

Under Swiss law (Federal Act on Data Protection, nDSG), the equivalent bases apply: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and is proportionate to the legitimate interest pursued.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc., a US-based form backend provider. Formspree receives the data you submit and forwards it to our email address.

Formspree is GDPR-compliant and operates under a Data Processing Agreement. Data transfers to the USA are covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). For more information, see Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Beyond Formspree, no personal data is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on a coaching arrangement. In all cases, data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted.

This website does not use cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising of any kind. Your visit to this website is not tracked or profiled.

Under the GDPR and the Swiss nDSG, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
